Division H is pleased to announce that the winner of the Patrick Chim Memorial Award for the Most Accomplished Toastmaster (1999-2000) is:

Pauline Young of Wayfoong Toastmasters Club, our DILIGENT and DEDICATED Immediate Past Area H3 Governor

This is the highest recognition in Division H for outstanding contribution by a member.

The award will be presented by Division H Governor Alfred Tse on 21 October 2000 during the Division Evaluation and International Speech Contest.
