Welcome to the website of Toastmasters International District 51 for the new millennium.

What great news to know that we are starting the new term (1 July 2000 to 30 June 2001) as the Top District in the world. As at 15 June 2000, District 51 is ranked No. 1 in the world. Every member in the District deserves this accolade for working towards your educational achievements and sharing the benefits of toastmasters with your friends. I am confident that we will emerge top again.

Being the best ensures that our members' needs are met. Toastmasters International empowers people to achieve their full potential and realise their dreams. Through our member clubs, people throughout the world can improve their communication and leadership skills, giving them the courage to change.

For the coming term, District 51 will move beyond to Experience the Breakthrough! We will continue the excellent tradition of our past leaders. One of our initiatives for the new term is to promote communication within our district. Our website, http://www.district51.org will be an excellent avenue for this purpose.
