Getting the Word Out About Toastmasters

* Club Newsletters and Flyers
- Leave exptra copies of Club Newsletter and Flyers in places where potential guests will see them - break-room or training areas for Company Clubs; public libraries, bulletin board or church for Community Clubs.

* Print Media
- Provide club meeting information for the Community Calendar portion of your community newspaper or company newsletter.
- Submit articles with accomplishments of your club members, speech contest announcements, speech contest winners, upcoming Speechcraft sessions, Success Leadership modules that anyone can attend.
- Determine the newspaper lead-times for submission of articles.

* Radio/Television
- Determine if you have a local station/channel that includes a Community Bulletin Board.
- Send them information about your Club events.

* Mall Shows/Trade Fairs/Job Fairs
- Hane a table, manned by your club members.
- Display Toastmasters manuals, magazines, and other educational material.
- Provide handouts about Toastmasters and your club, includes who they should contact for more information.
