Dear fellow Toastmasters

Hello again, how are you ?

I read a book titled - " Dare to Win ", the other day in Jakarta. Inside the book there is a beautiful verse that goes:-

" One of life's great Laws is the Law of circulation, keep circulating good and good will keep circulating you. "

It is a great motivating phrase to me, it has inspired me to do more good deeds in my life. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to serve you. Please guide me as well.

This evening, I am writing to you to find out how is the "Beat The Clock" membership campaign been doing. Over the next 8 days, let us invite 1 friend to the club meeting, and let us encourage one of our friends to be a member of the club. Please send to World Headquarters all the new members recruited before June 30th, 2001.

We also need help pertaining to new clubs formation. If you have all the documents already for a new club, please send to World Headquarters with the necessary charter fees, new members' fees and 6 months' subscription fees as soon as possible before June 30th, 2001.

All the new members' application forms and the new club charter application forms must reach Toastmasters International by 5pm, Pacific Time on July 7th, 2001.

Please help our District to be back to be the Number One District. As at June 15th, 2001, we are rank 5th!

Please help to have a great finishing for the term ending June 30th, 2001.
