The "Talk Up Toastmasters " campaign shall be from February 1 to March 31, 2001. This is a new membership contest launched by Toastmasters International this year.

During the new Talk Up Toastmasters membership contest, please encourage all the club members to invite as many guests to your club's meetings as possible,

Please also consider a Special Guest Meeting - where you conduct a regular meeting, but also specifically discuss the benefits of Toastmasters members receive as they participate in the program.

Add FIVE new members to your roster between February 1 to March 31, 2001 ! Your club will receive the TALK UP TOASTMASTERS RIBBON from Toastmasters International. You can display it on your club's banner. To qualify, membership application form must be received by WHQ between Feb 1 to March 31, 2001. Date of joining should not be later than March, 2001.

District 51 shall continue to present to members who have recruited THREE new members during this period with the GOVERNOR'S AWARD RIBBON.
