Good news!!! Our District is now leading as the No.1 District in the world, as at December 2000. Congratulations to all!

I would like to thank our LGET Lilan Lau, DTM and our LGM Dr John Lau, DTM for their untiring effort, constant emails and encouragement in their quest to promote the educational and marketing goals for our District. Special thanks to District Officers, Division and Area Governors, Club Presidents and officers, and to every toastmasters who have make this happen. Let us continue to work together to keep the momentum.

I would like to make special mention of 29 clubs below who have achieved 5 or more DCP goals as at Dec 2000. You have all set a shining example for all clubs in our District to emulate. What a wonderful breakthrough for the early achievers.

To qualify, clubs must: - submit April semi-annual dues by 1 April 2001
- meet membership goal of at least 20 members, or a net growth of at least 5 new members by 30 April 2001
- achieve at least 5 DCP goals as below.
Awards will be presented at HK-2001 District 51 Annual Convention on 19 May 2001.
