2001 Speech Contest Manual and Rulebook
Dear District Officers and Club Officers
Please look out for the 2001 Speech Contest Manual and Rulebook which were
mailed to District Officers and Club Presidents along with the July 1 -
September 30 Distinguished Club Program Progress Report from WHQ.
Please read the Speech Contest Rules carefully. Many of the embarassing
problems which sometimes occur at Area, Division and District contests can
be avoided by simply reviewing and understanding these materials.
Careful planning can ensure that a speech contest is enjoyable for all
participants and the audience.
