Speech Evaluation Contest
1st : TM Micheal Yu - Island TMC
2nd : ATMS Christine Lau - Hong Kong TMC
3rd : ATMB Barnabas Cheung - Hong Kong Cantonese TMC
The champions of each contest will compete again at the District 51 Contests in Johor Bahru, Malaysia on Sunday 19/11/00 and Friday 17/11/00 respectively.
